Air Cushion Headbox Structure & Components

Component	Description
Pulp Distribution Device	Consists of square cone tube and ladder diffusing holed board with third reaming. Material: organic glass. Square cone tube is fully disassemblable for easy cleaning.
Evener Device	Double rolls structure with throat roll and lip roll featuring double helix holes (35% and 52% open rate). Material: 304 stainless steel. Rectifier roll transmission uses geared reducer AC frequency conversion motor with 9-50r/min speed control.
Lip Device	Includes top lip, bottom lip, total adjusting device, fine turning device, and lip opening indicator. Features upright slice for precise lip opening adjustment. Material: stainless steel.
Sprayer	Located at top inside of box to eliminate froth in pulp slurry and wash inner box surface.
