Description

This paper and carton recycled coating paper machine is high configuration machine. It's specially design and produced to make high level coating paper. 

Wire section is one of the main important parts of this coating paper machine, here we briefly introduce the wire section.The 4ply

wire section is composed of top wire forming device, wire table, breast roll and landing device, dewatering element group, wire guide roll, doctor, high/low pressure spray pipe, flushing spray pipe, tensioner, corrector, white water pan, wire drive roll, vacuum couch roll, edge squirt, walking board and so on. All rolls in wire section correct dynamic balance and balance grade is G1.6. Paper dryness after wire section can reach ≥ 22%. The wire section changes the wire by cantilever type, and the tension of the wire section is calculated according to 8KN/M. All roll bearings in the wire section are lubricated with grease. The fastener of the wire section is high quality stainless steel SS304.

Quality assurance time for all mechanical equipment of this machine: 12 months after normal operation. Bearing and rubber rolls quality assurance time: 6 months after normal operation. During the quality assurance time, any equipment quality accidents caused by non-operational errors shall be the responsibility of the supplier.
