1. Clamp the junction of the fallopian tube and uterine cornu, and ligate at the utero-ovarian vascular anastomosis;

2. Repeat for other ovary if bilateral.

3. If only oophorectomy is required, divide the mesosalpinx and utero-ovarian vascular supply adjacent to the fallopian tube.
