AA1060 H12 2.0MM prepainted aluminium coil is a dedicated material engineered for the production of yarn guide covers—key components in textile machinery that protect yarn guides (which control yarn tension and direction) from external dust, fiber 飞花,and mechanical damage. Composed of high-purity aluminium (aluminium content ≥99.6%), processed to the H12 temper (strain-hardened with partial annealing for balanced rigidity and formability), and coated with a durable organic paint layer, this 2.0mm-thick coil is optimized to meet the strict operational demands of textile manufacturing equipment.
