AA1060 H14 0.5MM prepainted aluminium coil is a high-performance, food-safe material specifically designed for manufacturing food packaging molds. Crafted from high-purity aluminium (with an aluminium content of ≥99.6%), it undergoes processing to achieve the H14 temper (a strain-hardened state that balances strength and ductility) and is coated with a food-grade organic paint layer. This 0.5mm-thick coil is engineered to meet the stringent requirements of food packaging production, including safety, precision, and resistance to food-related contaminants, making it an ideal choice for molds used in creating a wide range of food containers and packages.
