Aluminum-plastic Composite Panel Overview
Aluminum-plastic composite panels are innovative materials constructed by laminating aluminum sheets with a plastic core. This combination provides excellent aesthetics, durability, and weather resistance for construction and decoration applications.
The surface can be coated with various finishes from matte to glossy, and painted in a wide range of colors to suit different design needs. These panels are widely used in exterior cladding, interior wall decoration, ceiling systems, and signage due to their lightweight nature, easy installation, and long-lasting performance.
Recommended Base Materials
For producing ACP panels, we recommend aluminum alloys 1060, 1050, or 3003 as base materials.

With nearly 20 years of professional metal coating experience, Dingang has grown rapidly in the industry, operating two plants totaling 160,000㎡ with eight large automatic roller coating lines for aluminum and six for steel products. Our facility employs over 700 skilled workers and includes advanced equipment such as stretching-bending rectifiers, cleaning drawbenches, embossing, cross-cutting and vertical slitting machines.
