AA1060 H24 0.3MM Prepainted Aluminum Coil for Pipeline Insulation Outer Covering
AA1060 H24 0.3mm prepainted aluminum coil is a professional protective and decorative material tailored for pipeline insulation outer covering. Taking AA1060 pure aluminum (with an aluminum content of over 99.6%) as the base material, it undergoes strict chemical degreasing, phosphating and passivation pretreatment, followed by roller coating of high-quality PE (polyester) paint and high-temperature curing to form a dense, uniform and wear-resistant surface coating. The H24 temper (half-hard state) provides the coil with moderate stiffness and excellent ductility, while the 0.3mm thickness achieves an optimal balance between light weight and protective performance. It is specially designed to protect the inner insulation layer of pipelines, preventing damage from external environment and extending the service life of the entire pipeline system.
