AA3003 H14 0.5MM Prepainted Aluminum Coil for Fireproof Board
AA3003 H14 0.5mm prepainted aluminum coil is a professional decorative and protective material specially designed for fireproof board panels and composite layers. It takes AA3003 aluminum-manganese alloy as the base material, which is famous for its excellent corrosion resistance, stable mechanical properties and good formability, making it highly compatible with various fireproof board core materials (such as rock wool, inorganic mineral core). After strict chemical pretreatment (degreasing, phosphating and passivation) to enhance paint adhesion and fire resistance coordination, the coil is roller-coated with high-quality fire-retardant PE (polyester) paint and cured at high temperatures, forming a dense, wear-resistant and flame-retardant surface coating. The H14 temper (half-hard state) perfectly balances excellent formability and appropriate rigidity, while the 0.5mm thickness achieves an optimal combination of lightweight, flatness and composite performance, which can closely fit the fireproof core material and effectively enhance the overall fire resistance, decorativeness and service life of the fireproof board.
