About Prepainted Aluminum Coil
Prepainted aluminum coil is manufactured using aluminum sheet or coil that undergoes color coating processes. The two primary types are PVDF and PE coatings, widely utilized in aluminum plate, aluminum veneer, aluminum honeycomb panels, aluminum ceiling, shingles, scrap, pop-top, electronics, and various architectural applications.
PVDF Coatings
PVDF coatings are renowned for exceptional durability and weather resistance. They provide a smooth, glossy finish ideal for architectural applications. Available in extensive color ranges, PVDF coated aluminum coils are commonly used for exterior cladding, roofing, and signage.
PE Coatings
