Raw Material Inspection: We select high-quality 1050/1060 aluminum ingots from well-known suppliers, and conduct strict inspections on the chemical composition, purity, ductility, and surface flatness of the raw materials to ensure they meet production requirements.
Production Process Control: During production, we strictly control each link, including aluminum sheet rolling (ensuring 0.5mm thickness accuracy), surface embossing/stucco processing (ensuring texture uniformity), surface treatment, pre-painting, and drying. The embossing/stucco process uses precision equipment to ensure clear, consistent texture; the pre-painting process adopts advanced spraying technology to ensure uniform, firm paint layers.
Finished Product Testing: After production, each batch of products will undergo strict testing, including paint adhesion testing, color fastness testing, thickness accuracy testing (ensuring 0.5mm standard), texture uniformity testing, corrosion resistance testing (moisture-proof test), and bending performance testing. Only products that pass all tests can be delivered to customers.
Packaging & Shipping
Packaging: Each pre painted embossed aluminum plate is covered with a scratch-resistant protective film to prevent scratches, contamination, and paint damage during transportation. Then it is packed with waterproof paper, foam, and wooden pallets to ensure that the product is not damaged during transportation. For customized size and special-shaped products, we will use customized packaging to provide more comprehensive protection. Customized packaging with your logo is also available.
Shipping: We cooperate with well-known international logistics companies (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and sea freight) to provide fast, safe, and reliable shipping services. For large quantities of orders, we can arrange sea freight to reduce your transportation costs; for small orders, we can arrange express delivery to ensure timely delivery.
