Features & Advantages
PVDF Coating: Based on PVDF resin with fluorine content over 60%, featuring C-F bonds with bond energy up to 500 kJ/mol. It offers exceptional weather resistance, UV resistance, acid-alkali resistance, and salt spray resistance, maintaining stable color for over 20 years in harsh environments such as coastal high-salt-fog areas and industrial pollution zones. The coating has a pencil hardness of ≥2H, adhesion of ≥1 level, and excellent self-cleaning performance with low surface energy (18-22 mN/m), making pollutants hard to adhere.
PE Coating: Made of polyester resin, with good decorative performance, high gloss, and rich colors. It is cost-effective, with a service life of 10-15 years in temperate climates, suitable for general outdoor and indoor roofing projects. The coating adopts a single-layer baking process at 200-220℃, ensuring good processability and flexibility.

Production Process
Aluminum Substrate Selection: High-quality aluminum alloy coils are selected and inspected to ensure uniform thickness and stable performance.
Surface Treatment: The substrate is degreased, pickled, chromated, and dried to remove impurities and form a protective film, enhancing coating adhesion.
Coating Application: PE coating adopts single-layer roller coating; PVDF coating adopts double coating and double baking process (primer + topcoat), with precise control of coating thickness.
High-Temperature Curing: PE coating is cured at 200-220℃; PVDF coating is cured at 230-250℃ to form a stable and dense coating film.
Cooling & Cutting: The coated aluminum coil is cooled to room temperature, then cut into sheets of specified width and length according to customer requirements.
Quality Inspection: Each batch of products undergoes strict inspection (coating thickness, adhesion, color difference, flatness, etc.) to ensure compliance with standards.
