About Prepainted Aluminum Coil
Prepainted aluminum coil is manufactured using aluminum sheet or coil that undergoes color coating processes. The two primary types are PVDF and PE coatings, widely utilized in applications including aluminum plate, aluminum veneer, aluminum honeycomb panels, aluminum ceiling, shingles, scrap, pop-top, and electronics.
PVDF coatings are renowned for their exceptional durability and weather resistance. They deliver a smooth, glossy finish ideal for architectural applications. Available in a broad spectrum of colors, PVDF coated aluminum coils are commonly used for exterior cladding, roofing, and signage.
PE coatings provide excellent UV resistance and color retention. They are typically employed for interior applications where extreme weather resistance is not necessary. PE coated aluminum coils come in various colors and are suitable for indoor decorations, ceiling panels, and similar uses.
