• Product Description

Stainless steel square cookware CNC polishing machine is mainly for stainless steel square/rectangular or round shaped products, like the round, oval shape and the side of square products (specially like sink, pot) polishing. The control system of this machine adopts mechanical system, CNC system, servo system, so high performance, stability, and easy to operate, new design and elegant appearance. The features of automatic cnc buffing machine are below:

1. suitable for buffing stainless steel arc products, like round, oval or irregular shape products, such as sink
2. the polishing speed can be adjusted to meet work piece types
3. equipped with automatic spray gun, in case cloth is worm out, it may automatically compensate pressure as desired
4. high production, requires only one operator to operate the machine (one machine can save 10 labors)

• Machine working process

​

Process one: start the machine, and the buffing rotation. The buffing head can be adjusted to the appropriate angle of the product. (shown in ① ②)

Process two: the workbench drives the fixture rotating to the start side of under polished product, the polishing works in the direction shown by the red line. (shown in ③ ⑥)

Process three: the workbench drives products to contact with the buffing for buffing grinding. The polished surface is sequentially polished in the direction indicated by the red line during the buffing process, the self-spraying waxing device is used to spray wax on the buffing (② ⑤)

Note: the machine head is fixed during the buffing process, all the movements are done by the workbench.
