JINZHUautomatic sheet metal grinding deburring finishing machine is designed includes an abrasive belt grinding head, top brush deburring and edge rounding head, and non-woven brush for surface finishing. This machine allows different combinations of heads according to users’ requirements. This automatic machine performs high quality on even finishing surface and smooths edges.
This kind of machine always work with conveyor bed, precisely up or down on 4 pneumatic spindles, dust extraction funnels.
Max working width include: 400 mm, 600 mm, 800 mm,1000 mm, 1300 mm or others.
Working length: more than 400 mm; working thickness: 0.5-80 mm; feed speed: 5-25 m/min.

First of all, we can give you options for every point of polishing process, seems like 6 levels of polishing range from grinding to 100% mirror finishing. Also,we will guide you for how to use right consumables and polishing process to achieve a profitable cost and get right polished finishing as you need. In conclusion 6 levels of polishing process as below:
- Grinding finish, use 60#-80# grit abrasive belt or flap s.
- Brushed finish, use 120#-180# grit abrasive belt or flap s.
- Sanitary finish,use 180#-240# grit abrasive belt or flap s.
- Buffed finish,use 240#-320# grit abrasive belt or flap s, then use sisal .
- Glossy finish, use 400#-600# grit abrasive belt or flap s, sisal ,common cloth
- Mirror finish, use 600#-800# grit abrasive belt,then use sisal ,hard cloth ,finally,last step use cotton s to get 100% 8K mirror finishing.
