 Currently, basket type filter is still widely used in chemical, resin, paint, coating and hot melt adhesive industry, as we all know, the filtering work must be stopped when cleaning basket and changing the filter net, also the cover must be open when cleaing and changing, the process is complicated, which wastes much production time and enterprise's operation cost.

To solve above technical problem, we designed a spiral type automatic cleaning filter which can clean the net's slag automatically. There is a motor to drive the spiral shaft to scrape the slag on the filter net's inner wall, so there is no need to clean and change the filter net by hand.
