Manufacturing process of ultrasonic transducer:
The transducer is composed of a shell, a matching layer, a piezoelectric ceramic disk transducer, a backing, an outgoing cable and a Cymbal array receiver. Piezoelectric ceramic disk transducer is made of PZT-5 piezoelectric material with thickness direction polarization. The Cymbal array receiver consists of 8~16 Cymbal transducers, two metal rings and rubber washers.
