Description: 

 

There are various nozzle configurations for deep BCT spraying of silica slurry ultrasonic long nozzle, which can be customized according to the diameter and length of BCT or syringe barrel. A common application is to spray a silica coating to accelerate coagulation, and the silica slurry is sprayed onto the pipe wall through an ultrasonic nozzle to form a uniform thin film of silica particles.

Silicon dioxide slurry ultrasonic long nozzle deep BCT spraying can decompose any silicon dioxide agglomerates through the high-frequency vibration of ultrasonic waves on the nozzle, ensuring that the coating on the pipe wall can be evenly distributed. At the same time, according to the requirements of the coating area, local spraying can be carried out to more accurately control the coating position.
