The fume hood type ultrasonic precision spraying machine is a specially developed equipment for working conditions where a large amount of exhaust gas is generated during spraying. Suitable for spraying solutions with light toxicity and pollution, excess atomized exhaust gas can be discharged through the exhaust system. It is also suitable for spraying workpieces that require high-temperature heating, and gases that generate high temperatures can also be discharged through the exhaust system. The entire device has a simple and elegant structure, with complete functions, mainly including YZ three-axis servo motion system and top exhaust system. It can be equipped with any ultrasonic nozzle from FUNSONIC, as well as a precision injection pump, a digital carrier gas system, and an optional ultrasonic dispersion liquid supply system.
