40Khz High-frequency Ultrasonic Rubber Cutting System with 800W Power and Titanium Alloy Blade

The 40Khz high-frequency ultrasonic rubber cutting system converts mains electricity into mechanical energy with 40,000 micro amplitude reciprocating vibrations per second through a key ceramic transducer. The vibration amplitude is amplified through a variable amplitude rod and transmitted to the titanium alloy/hard alloy cutting head. The high-frequency vibration of the blade breaks down rubber molecular chains and causes local micro melting separation, requiring only minimal pressure to cut open the rubber.

• Digital ultrasonic generator (power supply): Automatic frequency tracking, overcurrent/overheat protection, optional power of 100W-1200W, handheld models with additional 100-500W, and automated machine models with over 600W
• Piezoelectric transducer: Power core, PZT piezoelectric ceramic, electric energy to vibration conversion
• Variable amplitude lever (amplitude modulator): Amplifies vibration amplitude, made of aluminum/titanium alloy material
• Cutting blade (welding head):
  • Handheld blade replacement type: 0.6mm hard alloy blade, can be replaced separately, low cost
  • Wide titanium blade: Used for automated production lines to cut sealing strips, tire sidewalls, and rubber sheets
