The FS2000X Film Coater, a production-grade ultrasonic spray coating machine, adopts piezoelectric ultrasonic nozzles vibrating at 20–150 kHz high frequency. This process atomizes coating solutions into uniform ultra-fine droplets ranging from 10 to 90 μm, with directional deposition realized via low-pressure shaping gas and electrostatic assistance.
Equipped with multiple spray nozzles for high-efficiency spraying. Upgraded on the basis of FS2000 model with an automatic spraying production line to realize non-stop continuous production. on flexible roll materials such as thin films, non-woven fabrics and metal foils.
