Ultrasonic vibrator principle:

The horn is a passive device that does not generate vibration itself. It simply changes the amplitude of the input vibration and then transmits it out, completing the impedance transformation. Ultrasonic transducers can generate regular vibrations under suitable electric field excitation. The amplitude is generally about 10 microns. It is not enough to complete the welding and processing steps directly. Therefore, the transducers are connected with a properly designed horn. Thereafter, the amplitude of the ultrasonic waves can be varied over a wide range as long as the material strength is sufficient and the amplitude can exceed 100 microns.

Common fault :

1. The ultrasonic vibrator should be placed in a dry place to prevent the ultrasonic vibration from vibrating the mover, which will affect the normal work. If the ultrasonic vibrator is damp, put it into the oven and set it to dry at about 100 °C for 2 hours or use a hair dryer to remove the tide until the resistance is normal;

2. Ultrasonic vibrator degumming, ultrasonic vibrator degumming after the ultrasonic power output power is normal, but because the vibrator and vibration surface is not well connected, long-term work will burn the vibrator. Ultrasonic vibrator degumming generally require professional ultrasonic manufacturers to repair or replace.
