15K ultrasonic welding kit produced by QRsonic company is mainly used for the production of full-automatic folding mask body. Using 15K ultrasonic welding technology, 3-5 layers of PP non-woven fabric, activated carbon and filter material are bonded and cut out. Folding mask body, can process 9001, 9002 mask body. Ultrasonic mask welding is to transmit high frequency vibration to the mask non-woven fabric to achieve the connection. When the mask non-woven fabric material passes between the ultrasonic welding heads, vibration will be generated on the non-woven fabric and heat will be quickly generated. This heat causes the synthetic fibers of the nonwoven fabric to melt and solidify, creating a seam that will not be worn or torn apart, completely replacing the traditional hand stitching.
