Description:
The triangular bag tea packaging machine uses a 28K ultrasonic welding system. Through 28K ultrasonic uniform spot welding, the tea bag is welded firmly and the appearance is exquisite.
Ultrasonic spot welder welding principle is to convert 50/60 Hz current into 20, 28, 35 kHz electric energy through ultrasonic generator. The converted high frequency electrical energy is again converted by the transducer into a mechanical motion of the same frequency, and then the mechanical motion is transmitted to the welding head through a set of amplitude modulator devices that can change the amplitude.
