Description:
Ultrasonic mask welding is to transmit high-frequency vibration to the non-woven mask of the mask to realize the connection. When the mask non-woven material passes between the ultrasonic welding heads, vibration will be generated on the non-woven fabric and heat will be generated rapidly. This heat causes the synthetic fibers of the non-woven fabric to melt and solidify, creating a seam that will not fray or tear, completely replacing traditional hand stitching.
