Folded filter element infrared servo end cap welding machine is one of the equipments of our folding filter element production line. It is mainly used for hot-melt sealing and welding of plastic end caps at both ends of the filter element. Aoyun infrared equipment uses a non-contact heating method to heat the plastic workpiece. The surfaces of the two filter element end caps to be welded can be rapidly melted under the irradiation of infrared rays. The high welding strength and the cleanliness of the product surface make up for the problem of hot plate welding of the membrane of the filter element and the membrane of the end cover.
