Defensive barriers (also termed sand barriers, military barriers or military fence systems) are efficient, cost-effective protective structures for military and peacekeeping applications, securing personnel, vehicles, facilities and equipment. Made by hot dipped galvanized mesh panel, lined with geotexticle Cloth. Hailed as the most important advancement in field fortifications since World War II, they enable rapid deployment: a 10-meter wall can be installed in about 20 minutes with two personnel and one front loader, whereas sandbag construction of the same wall requires three times the fill material, eight workers and over eight hours.
Operational Principle
Spring-connected mesh panels form rectangular containers with multiple or single cells. Fill with sand, earth, cement, stone, or other materials to create protective walls and fencing systems.
