Plastic Coated Hexagonal Weaving Rock Gabion Wire Mesh Cage Wall
Gabion box is made of triple twist hexagonal woven mesh fabric with G. I. wires and PVC coated wires. The box shaped gabions are simply filled with natural stone used for channels, rock fall, roadside and culverts protection.
Our gabions materials can also be HDPE coated, which is corrosion resistant and acid resistant. The HDPE coated woven gabions mattresses is a good solution for coastline, which is a undulating terrain and a high level of acid in industrial waste.
The strength of gabions comes from a double twisted hexagonal steel wire mesh which is reinforced by selvedges of heavier wire running along the edges and by transverse diaphragms. The double twisted wire will not unravel, even when the gabion is cut.
