The inconspicuous wire obstacle is designed to impede movement, hinder the advance and maneuver of intruders at the state border, and provide border units and reserves with favorable conditions for blocking and detaining them. It also limits the actions of both animals and people on signaling and control devices.
This wire obstacle, woven into rings and formed into a garland, creates a ground covering that prevents unauthorized entry into secured areas.

The kit includes 40 connecting rings (annealed wire with a diameter of 0.8 mm made in accordance with the GOST 3282-74 standard) and 40 metal stakes (25 cm long). The folded dimensions are 2 x06 x 0.12 meters.
- The lower end of the net is fixed to the ground with metal stakes. Metal stakes are driven in every 2 meters around the net. The Jinju wire mesh is spliced together at the top and bottom with connecting rings or smooth iron wire every 1 meter.
- Lay out each row outward.
- Two rows should make four
- After spreading out the net, fix it with a metal rod.
- Moving and stretching, there should be rows with rings of thick wire at the bottom, and rows with thin wire.
