Working Principle Description:

1. Adsorption: Air is compressed and fed into a vessel filled with a carbon molecular sieve (CMS) adsorbent. Oxygen and other trace gases are preferentially adsorbed by the CMS, allowing nitrogen to pass through.
2. Desorption: After a period, the CMS becomes saturated with adsorbed gases. The pressure is reduced, causing the adsorbed gases to desorb and be vented out of the system.
3. Nitrogen Production: The remaining nitrogen, now purified, is collected for use. By alternately pressurizing and depressurizing the CMS beds, a continuous flow of high-purity nitrogen is produced.
