1. Working Principle Description:
The working principle of vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) oxygen generator is to use lithium molecules to selectively adsorb nitrogen in the air, so that oxygen can be adsorbed on the top of the adsorption tower as product gas output. The whole process includes at least two steps of adsorption (low pressure) and desorption (vacuum or negative pressure), and the operation is repeated repeatedly.
In order to continuously obtain oxygen products, the adsorption system of VPSA oxygen production unit will be composed of two adsorption towers (assuming Tower A and Tower B) with molecular sieves and pipeline valves. Compressed air will enter Tower A after filtration, and oxygen will be collected to the top of the adsorption tower as product gas output through adsorption. At the same time, Tower B is in the regeneration stage. When the adsorption tower A is going to be saturated, under the control of the computer, The air source is transferred to Tower B to absorb and produce oxygen, and the two towers cooperate to produce oxygen continuously.
