Working Principle Description:

Therefore, the purpose of continuous separation of gas mixture can be achieved by using two or more adsorption towers and alternately changing the combined pressure of each adsorption tower. Because the process of adsorption and desorption is realized by pressure change, the process is called pressure swing adsorption.
