Working Principle Description:

The equipment of pressure swing adsorption is a device that uses zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent and uses the principle of PSA to make oxygen. Under certain pressure, the molecular size of oxygen and nitrogen in air is different, and the adsorption of nitrogen by zeolite molecules is greater than oxygen. Zeolite molecules take nitrogen away and oxygen is left. Then, the opening and closing of pneumatic valve can be controlled programmatically to achieve the two tower alternating circulation, pressure adsorption and pressure reduction desorption process, and oxygen nitrogen separation can be completed to obtain the oxygen of required purity.
