Working Principle Description:
The principle of PSA nitrogen generator is the adsorption difference between oxygen and nitrogen in carbon molecular sieve. The oxygen will be adsorbed firstly in CMS and nitrogen will be gathered rather than adsorbed. CMS has the feature of oxygen adsorption volume increasing when the pressure is added. When the pressure is down, the oxygen adsorption volume will be decreased. Because of this feature, we can separate different gas and achieve the gas what we need. Owing to the rated volume of the adsorbent, the regenerated process is required if it has adsorbed fully. In order to get the gas continuously, we often take two adsorption towers in parallel. One tower is working, the other one is regenerating.
