Working Principle Description:
According to PSA pressure swing adsorption principle, the equipment uses air as raw material and fluorspar molecular sieve as adsorbent to separate air by using different diffusion rates in the pores of oxygen and nitrogen molecular sieve in compressed air.
The separated air of the oxygen generator is mainly composed of two adsorption towers filled with molecular sieve. Under normal temperature, the compressed air enters the adsorption tower after filtration, water removal and drying. In the adsorption tower, the nitrogen in the air is adsorbed by molecular sieve, so that the oxygen is enriched in the gas phase, flows out from the outlet and stored in the oxygen buffer tank, The molecular sieve that has been adsorbed in another tower is rapidly depressurized to analyze the adsorbed components. The two towers cycle alternately to obtain cheap oxygen with purity ≥ 90%. The automatic valve switching of the whole system is automatically controlled by a computer.
