Working Principle Description:
The pressure swing adsorption type industrial oxygen generator is an automatic machine that uses zeolite molecular sieve as absorbent and uses the basic principles of pressure charging and blood pressure reduction analysis to absorb and release nitrogen from the air and then separate CO2. The separation effect of zeolite molecular sieve on 02 and N2 is based on the subtle difference in the diameter of the kinetic model of the two vapors. The molecular structure of N2 has a rapid external diffusion rate in the microporous plate of zeolite molecular sieve, and the external diffusion rate of O2 is slow. The external diffusion of water and CO2 in air compression is not far from nitrogen. Finally, oxygen molecules gather out of the suction tower.
