Working Principle Description:

The selectivity of adsorbent for gas adsorption, that is, the adsorption capacity of different gases (adsorbates) on the adsorbent is different, and the adsorption capacity of a specific gas in the adsorbent changes with the change of pressure, so as to realize the separation of gas mixture and the regeneration of adsorbent. Under the condition of selective adsorption of adsorbent, PSA technology pressurizes and adsorbs CO2 and other impurity components in feed gas, while hydrogen, nitrogen, methane and other components that are not easy to be adsorbed are discharged from the top of the adsorber through the adsorption bed, so as to realize the separation of gas mixture. By reducing the pressure of the adsorption bed, the adsorbed CO2 and other components are desorbed and analyzed, so as to regenerate the adsorbent.
