Working Principle Description:
Pressure swing adsorption oxygen production device is a new type of air separation equipment. It uses compressed air as raw material and zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent. It adopts pressure swing adsorption process to separate oxygen and nitrogen by using the different diffusion rates of oxygen and nitrogen in the air in zeolite molecular sieve at room temperature and low pressure. The process flow of pressure swing adsorption oxygen production unit is the pressure swing adsorption method at room temperature. PSA is an adsorption separation process without heat source.
The adsorption capacity of zeolite molecular sieve for adsorbed components (mainly nitrogen molecules) increases with the increase of its partial pressure and decreases with the decrease of its partial pressure. In this way, the zeolite molecular sieve is adsorbed under pressure and desorbed under reduced pressure to release the adsorbed part, so as to regenerate the zeolite molecular sieve and form a circular operation.
Pressure swing adsorption process, the cycle process includes: adsorption, pressure equalization, depressurization, release, flushing, and then pressure charging, adsorption... To form a cycle operation process.
