Working Principle Description:

VPSA oxygen generation system is mainly composed of blower, vacuum pump, switching valve, adsorption tower and oxygen balance tank. Feed air is pressurized by Roots blower and enters the adsorber filled with oxygen molecular sieve, where water, carbon dioxide and nitrogen are adsorbed to produce oxygen.

When the adsorption reaches a certain level, the vacuum pump is used to vacuum it. The adsorbed water, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and a small amount of other gas components are pumped out and discharged into the atmosphere respectively, and the adsorbent is regenerated. The above process steps are automatically controlled by PLC and switching valve system.
