Blue Whale through ultrasonic cleaning machine adopts advanced ultrasonic cleaning technology using frequencies of 28kHz/40kHz/68kHz/80kHz/120kHz. The cleaning system typically consists of spray system, nozzle rotating device, phosphating system, automatic temperature control and heating system, and air cutting and water blowing system.
For specific cleaning objects, additional features include hot air drying, special cleaning racks (baskets), and cleaning fluid filtration circulation system.
