Using PLC control for easy operation, the system allows convenient parameter adjustment and process flow modification through program changes.
This precision cleaning equipment uses water-based cleaning agents to clean precision workpieces. The system prepares low alkaline cleaning solution with clean water, activating water through saponification to reduce surface tension and improve activation capability, effectively removing oil, dust, and debris from workpiece surfaces.

Operation & Maintenance Instructions
