Multipurpose Tungsten Carbide Plate P / M / K ISO Classification OEM / ODM
Cemented carbide plates also called tungsten carbide plate, is made of tungsten carbide material, some are in square shapes, and some are in rectangle shapes. It is one of the tungsten steel materials which uses metallurgical methods through milling, ball milling, pressing, sintering. Different uses in WC and Co of tungsten carbide plates is different. Tungsten carbide plate has high hardness, good wear resistance, high elastic modulus, high strength, good chemical stability(stable for acid, base, high temperature oxidation), lower impact toughness, low expansion coefficient, thermal conductivity, conductive characteristics of similar to iron and its alloy.
Coating blade mark and use recommended (B04)
YBC151 / YBC152 : High wear-resistant matrix and ultra-thick composite coating for steel finishing.
YBC251 / YBC252 : A tough base with good edge safety and a coating of MT-TiCN for semi-finishing of steel.
YBM151 / YBM251 / YBM351 : Suitable for finishing and semi-finishing of stainless steel.
YBD052 : The chemical ultra-thick coating combines with a hard matrix to provide excellent wear resistance in high-speed dry cutting of grey cast iron.
YBD152 : Good anti-flaking, suitable formedium- and high-speed turning in cast iron, and can withstand slight interrupted cutting at medium speed.
