About Tungsten Square Bar :
The main composition of Tungsten Square Bar is tungsten carbide powders and cobalt powders .With its wear resistant and corrosion resistant ability , tungsten carbide nowadays is widely used in many areas such as : cutting tools , moulds , oil and automobile industry etc .
Tungsten Square Bar is used as the cutter for the TCT woodworking knives for cutting all kinds of original wood , hard wood , HDF, MDF , plywood , particle board , laminated board, composite material ,grass, aluminum and metals . It can give much more excellent performance than HSS .
Tungsten Square Bar is a sintered metallurgical product of powder form. It is manufactured in vacuum or Hydrogen reduction furnace with refractory tungsten material (WC) micron powder as the main ingredient and Cobalt (Co), Nickel (Ni) or Molybdenum (Mo) as the binder.It has many excellent characteristics such as high hardness and strength, good wear and corrosion resistance and salient stability under high temperature (even at 500 ºC it is essentially unchanged and at 1000 ºC it is still of high hardness). We supply several types of tungsten carbide strips: strip with angle, round strip and cemented tungsten carbide strip
