QJ Series Deep Well Submersible Pump Overview
The QJ series includes deep well submersible pumps, stainless steel QJH models, bottom-suction QJT pumps, and hot water QJR pumps. These multistage pumps feature multiple impellers for high head performance and energy efficiency.
Construction Materials
- Impeller: Cast iron or stainless steel SS304/SS316
- Pump bowl: Cast iron or stainless steel SS304/SS316
- Pump shaft: Chrome-plated cold-drawn steel or stainless steel SS304/SS316
- Motor seal: Rubber O-ring or mechanical seal

Operating Conditions

- Motor must be filled with clean water
- Primary impeller submerged ≥2m below dynamic water level
- Pump unit depth ≤70m below static water level
- Motor foot ≥3m above well bottom
- Water temperature ≤20°C
- Sand content ≤0.01% by weight
- Water pH: 10
- Hydrogen sulfide ≤1.5 mg/l
- Chloride ions ≤400 mg/l
- Adequate water supply for continuous operation
