Deep well vertical multistage electric submersible pump driven by electric submersible motor, submersible pump set is working submerged in water fully. Our deepth is under water in 100m.
According to electric submersible pump applications, we have 2 materials: cast iron electric submersible pump and stainless steel eletric submersible pump. If your electric submersible pump is working for clean water, cast iron submersible pump is more economic.
The cast iron electric submersible pump main part material as below:
1. The pump impeller, pump casing coupling part and motor casing is cast iron material.
2. The pump shaft is stainless steel material.
3. The bearing is graphite.
4. The winding is 100% copper with polyethylene insulation layer.
5. The rotor end ring is copper.
6. The stator casing is with 45# steel.
7. The stator is cold rolling silicon steel.
Stainless steel submersible pump set has: SS304, SS316, SS316L, Duplex stainless steel and SS904L, mainly for electric submersible pump, which is working in sea water, salt water, offeshore, jack-up, shipyard, we have to choose stainless steel submersible pump, anti corrosion.
