Working Conditions
For optimal performance and longevity, ensure the following conditions:
- Liquid medium with chemical properties similar to pure water, non-corrosive
- Solid particle size not exceeding 30% of pump suction diameter
- Fiber length not exceeding 2.5 times pump suction diameter
- For medium density exceeding 1.05, motor power must be increased to prevent overload

Installation Instructions
- Inspect all fasteners for tightness and clear pump runner of foreign objects before operation
- Install separate supports for outlet piping to prevent pump deformation
- Ensure proper leveling of pump base using leveling tools
- For coupling installation, calibrate levelness with tolerance not exceeding 0.1mm/m
- Verify parallelism of coupling rods with tolerance not exceeding 0.2mm/m
- Securely tighten anchor bolts to prevent performance issues during startup
- Install regulating valve and pressure gauge on outlet pipe for operational control
- Rotate impeller from suction side post-installation to check for friction
