Installation Requirements
- Set of sling chains
- Tripod with vertical height over 4 meters
- Two pendant cords (steel wire rope) with weight capacity exceeding 1 ton
- Two sets of clamps and splints
- Spanner, hammer, screwdriver, electrician tools and instruments
Operation Checklist
- Inspect power cable for damage
- Verify impeller rotates smoothly using wrench
- Check and tighten drain hole at pump bottom
- Fill motor completely with clean drinking water
- Tighten screws on motor injection and exhaust holes
- Monitor flow rate and current after installation
- Adjust steering if current is normal but flow is small
- Check pipeline connections if current remains high with small flow
