Installation & Operation Guidelines
- The motor must be completely filled with water before operation
- Thoroughly read all instructions before installation and use
- Ensure adequate water flow over motor surface; install deflector if needed
- Proper grounding required for non-well applications
- Pump must be fully submerged with minimum 2m water level above inlet
- For ground testing, fill pump cavity with water or lubricating fluid to prevent bearing damage
Operating Conditions
- Maximum water temperature: 25°C
- Maximum solid content in water: 0.5% (specify in contract for proper seal selection)
- Minimum water velocity over motor surface: 0.5m/s
- Motor features anti-seawater coating for marine applications
- Pump suction port must be positioned 2 meters below water surface
- Rotation direction: clockwise when viewed from coupling end
