Vessel Shipboard 440v 60hz 120m3 40 Meters SS316 Submersible Pump
An inquiry from UAE drilling company on 25th, March, 2021, quote a submersible pump that one vessel has 415V 50HZ power supply, the other vessel has 440V 60 HZ power supply. So we will need 2 quotes for 120m3 pump with 40 meters head. With 60 meter cable. Shaft to be duplex material.
They would like to build a skid that will mount the “fixed” manual fire monitor with control panel and davit for launching the submersible pump. They offered design files about saddle. The pump will be free hanging in the water vertically. The hose saddle is for the wire rope to hold the pump suspended in the ocean.
All details had been approved, we chose one suitable submersible pump and sent a formal quotation.

Kindly note:
1. Motor cavity MUST BE fill with clean water before the pump testing, installation and during working;
2. DO NOT use the cable as sling when install, should wear ropes on the handle;
3. The first stage impeller should go down the water level;
4. After shut down the power, should wait for more than 3mins when restart the pump;
5. When the pump finish work, it’s better to cut off the power.
