The basic non-woven Polypropylene/SMS
- SBPP+PE film -NWP
Absorbent and impermeable 2-layer material.
Two layer laminate, upper layer is made of absorbent polypropylene 30g/m2,
bottom layer is polyethylene foil 35 µm.
- SMS-
SMS microfibre Hydrophobic 100 % polypropylene non-woven textile Spunbond-meltblown-spunbond. Resistant and drapable, it ensures a complete barrier to fluid and bacterial pene- tration thanks to its three layer structure.
- SMMS-
Laminated non-woven fabric,combination of spunbond 'S' and double meltbrown 'M' and spunbond 'S' polypropylene. Barrier qualities that are used to prevent liquid,alcohol,blood and possibly antistatic,hydrostatic Resistance to liquid penetration etc.
1. SMS , SMMS material Composed of 2 layers of spunbonded fabric and 2 layers of melt blown fabric.
2. NWP , dual-layer material : Viscose +PE , Hydrophilic PP+PE
During operation, the top layer quickly absorb any type of liquid , and the PE film prevents absolute liquid penestration.
Feature:
1. Consists of 2 layer which are laminated to each other by
hot-melt technique(1 ply hydrophilic fabric with 1ply PE Film)
2. Light weight and soft feeling
3. Excellent water absorption and waterproof
4. Blocking the transmission of bacteria
5. Free from chemical agents and Latex, soft on sensitive skin
6. With or without embossed pattern.
