Heat Treatment Processes
Stress Relief Annealing
Heated to 530-550°C and held for 1-2 hours, then cooled down
Full Annealing
Heated to 830-880°C in vacuum, held for 30 minutes to eliminate cold-working hardening
Stabilization Process
Heated to 830°C in protective media, held for 20 minutes to 1 hour, then quenched. Followed by stress relief at 315°C for 1-4 hours.
